Oak tree essentials is a godsend! I have recently been struggling with managing my blood pressure and trying to do it without medication. My recent numbers despite eating healthy were 156/110. I had a conversation with the brother who owns the Store, and he recommended I try some Prekese. I mixed a teaspoon of it in some applesauce as recommended and checked my blood pressure a half hour later. It was 121/88! To top it off, the headache And pressure is gone! I am truly grateful for oak tree, essentials, and the work they do in our community.
